Do you have the need to accurately measure out small amounts of baby shampoo?
Do you hate the mess and cleanup when using a measuring spoon for this task?
If you answered yes to these questions then this is your lucky day.
With the Baby Shampoo Syringe Adapter, you can now use a syringe to remove your preferred volume of shampoo directly from the bottle. From there you can inject the shampoo directly where you need it without any mess or waste!
Just pop the top of your J&J Baby Shampoo Bottle, jam this adapter in the hole, add a syringe and you are all ready to measure shampoo like the cool kids. For less than 5 cents worth of plastic, this miracle adapter can be yours today!
The syringe had a luer-lok tip, just some screw threads. These were carefully cut off to reveal the bare syringe tip. A few seconds with a hobby knife was all it took. Just be careful not to cut the tip clear off like I did the first time.
The FreeCAD file is provided in case you wanted to adapt this for a different syringe tip.
Update: 6/16/16 I've gone ahead and made a change to allow this to use syringes that we can find at the drug store. I'll print and test, but in the time being, version 2 should be more universally used.
Update:6/17/16 OK, version 2 didn't do the trick since now the original syringe was too loose. I'll crack this nut yet. Version 2 removed.
Update: 2/21/16 Finally got a decent model going that will handle both of the syringes that I have on hand. This will take over the existing files and is labeled as 'universal'. Share and enjoy.
