If vikings, WWI germans and colonial brits can make a comeback in the grimdark future, then why not place your favorite historical mesoamerican empire among them? And if you want to continue with the grimdark tradition of mass sacrifices to make sure the sun goes up again (even after becoming a space faring civilization, juuust to be sure), this bipedal warmachine will make this endeavor all the more spectacular.
