This is an automatic pet feeder that is powered by a D1 mini chip (ESP8266) and a cheap servo motor (mg996r).
The device connects to my WiFi and it can be controlled using the Blynk app and servers from everywhere in the world.
My cat is an outside cat, so i needed something that will be durable and tamper proof.
There is a "pedal" sort of button for dispensing food. the goal was for the cat to learn how to use it on her own (it didnt happen).
This also doubles as a small weather station, i hooked up a DHT22 to it and it graphs the temps in the Blynk app.
The electronics are still laying behind the device but i will print an enclosure for them soon.
I have not printed the base since i wanted to use my own bowl, but you can try to print it as well.
