Automatic Doggy Door

This is a doggy door that allows your pet to enter the house with a chip on the dogs collar. The chip activates the motors and allows the dog to enter into the house. When the dog enters, the sensor recognizes that the dog is clear of the door and lowers the door back to its original position. This is also not as revealing and keeps that natural sidelight look when it comes to cosmetics.

There is another way this door could work and that is by having the chip activate a sensor that sends a notification to your phone through an app. You can then choose to let your dog in by opening the door, or keep it shut.

This would be made with FDM and ABS plastic, but of course if it were to actually be used then you would have to use the actual wood and glass materials.
