Housing and gear for a 3D printed automatic blind controller I have designed. This is a work in progress, I will post more details shortly, in the meantime please feel free to ask any questions in the comments below.
UPDATE 9th April 2019: Version 2 proper is now finished! All new electronics, precise start/stop, WiFi enabled, automatic scheduling via mobile app and more. Find it at:https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3550727
UPDATE: 12th March 2019: Custom PCB boards are once again available for purchase via eBay, save yourself the wiring hassle!

UPDATE 12th September 2018: V2a now available for download, with the following features:
New improved gear to help prevent chain slips
Incorporation of a magnetic sensor in place of the standard cover to enable control of the blinds to be stopped at a precise location
Larger gear surround to accommodate magnetic sensor mod
Minor tweaks to button surround to facilitate insertion of an m5 nut
Left and right hand sided wall mounts
New Arduino sketch for use with magnetic sensor
Note: In case you have already printed it, there is no change to the main body and the previous gear cover and button surround should still fit the original design.
UPDATE 4th Septemer 2019: I have been working on a magnetic end stop sensor which fits into the accessory port, please see my serarate thing for detailshttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3083919
UPDATE 11th April 2018: Version 2! I have made some minor modifications to the entire design to reduce material use and remove errors in the original design (Screw points remain more or less the same in case you have already printed part of this design). The gear cover now has a snap fit to allow quicker installation and removal. The housing is re-designed to fit a custom PCB which I may distribute if there is sufficient interest. UPDATE 21st January 2018: Have uploaded a pulley attachment for use with cord/string systems. I haven't been able to test it yet but suspect it would work best if the pulley part was printed in a semi-felxible material, e.g. NinjaFlex.
