These are the large and small headlight reflector adjuster bars for Audi Urquattro/80/90/4000/Coupe GT European H1/H4 headlights. The part numbers are 855941145A for the large (77.5 mm) bar and 855941145B for the small (53 mm) bar.
I have strengthened the original design by adding more material to the cross section. This has no effect on the functionality, but will increase the part life compared to the originals which often crack.
You can buy replacement retaining washers (855 941 135) from Ebay. Just search for "M3 Starlock Washers" and you will find them. At present, a bag of 50 pcs is only $10 CAD.
I'd recommend printing with ABS and 100% infill. PLA may work but will get brittle and likely crack over time.
