This is used for carbon cleaning the intake valves of the 3.0t Audi TFSI motor. If you're here, you know what this is for! Attach a shop vac on the top and blast through the hole. Worked great for my own vehicle. PLEASE read up on the forums about the proper procedure before trying to tackle this job.
