Continuing with my Star Wars 3d sheetmetal models this is my sheet metal version of the "All Terrain Armored Transport" (AT-AT) walker, also known as the Imperial Walker. (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/All_Terrain_Armored_Transport).
This beast (22" tall x 30" long) was a fun puzzle because we now have a posable model. (3) freely rotatable joints with pendulum swing feet.(some hardware going to be req'd (Round head 1/4-20 X .50" with nuts).
CA glue or Loctite for assembly. I am thinking rivnut with slim knurl handles to tighten joints when in place. Any suggestions or ideas welcome.
Looks like I need more shelves :)
Material as always, 0.060" 304 ss. with tab and slot assembly.
