I modeled this character against the features and styles of artist, Charles M. Schultz' central characters in his famous children's comic strip, Peanuts.
The character is named, "Jack Harvey, King Of Bloomfield" and is a reimagined version of my 3-year old nephew, Jack, featuring some of his favorite 'past-times':

New York City "J" subway line T-shirt; his favorite place to travel
Peanuts' character features; his favorite animated TV special during the holidays
