A simple two piece round objects were modeled with 0.4mm separation. top and bottom portion were cut to allow for gyroscopic movement. A space was carved inside the inner circle and random buildings populated inside to create a city scape. But a city scape isn't complete without being able to view from the side. So, a window on the side of the inner circle is created for this purpose. When viewed under direct sunlight, shadows from the buildings can be observed and manipulated by rotating the inner circle.
