Here is a simple manual Z-axis height adjustment knob for the Artillery Genius. I think it goes with the Sidewinder and many other printers too. It is simply plugged onto the GT2 gear.
Usually the gear is 15.92, but for my printer I need it a little bigger. It's about the attitudes.
If it rotates, you can secure it with a small screw. I think that won't be a problem for "you".
