This is a camera adapter mount for the sidewinder x1.
For the version on the right:
You will need 2x M4x28-30 screws with T-Nuts to mount this with the blue default plate for the pully mount.
For the "left version":
Just use a bit longer 4-5mm longer screws as default ones. It is mounted on top of the X-axis steppermotors plate.
