the 3d model is a 3d scan of a armchair. it is cleaned up and optimized in zbrush. the 3d modell comes without texture and uv mapping. the textured image is just for illustration! so you can see how it can be used as a model for interior 3d rendering for example. the 3d model of the chair can also be used as a reference for modeling and retopology.
