Arduino Uno R3 Bumper
Designed from the ground up, but inspired by Eric Chu's original bumper.
A bit more robust with a wider raft and tighter dimensions.
Recessed areas for soldered pins.
Made for STEM classrooms or bench work.
Mounting holes for a 4-40 or M2.5 tap with a thin bottom skin for punch through.
Snap fit for use without screws.
Hand drill with a #40 bit using a pin-vise and then tap (you can use a 4-40 metal screw). For a nice clean finish, use 3/8" or longer black 4-40 nylon screws and cut off the excess with an x-acto blade. If the Arduino does not snap in easily, apply a scale factor to the print. I have used up to a 1.004 scale factor for some boards.
