This is an enclosure for an Arduino Nano with an I/O breakout board attached. This houses a DHT11/22 temperature/humidity sensor, a AM312 PIR sensor, and a KY-018 light sensor.
One of the poles holding the DHT sensor is threaded so you can use the nut to hold it on.
