I needed a controller for a robotics project, so here it is.
This enclosure is designed to house an Arduino Nano and buttons.
I have not fully printed this model yet, I have only printed adjustment prints so, just be forewarned of that.
It will more likely see a couple updates before I finish, but nothing that wouldn't be compatible with the current case configuration.
At the most you may just have to reprint the buttons or reprint the bottom shell.
There is a hole for a USB cable, vents in the top shell for Arduino to release heat, and the entire housing snaps together with posts.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Print the enclosure, glue/heat melt the posts to the top half.
Hot glue your Arduino nano into the center cavity.
Set up your buttons and insert your USB cable through the hole.
Snap the entire thing together.
I may also round off the triangle d-pad buttons, create mounting pins for the Arduino and add a few variations that use hex screws and have inserts for mounting specific buttons.
I prefer things to be entirely printed, and I wanted to keep the interior cavity open so that the design would be flexible as possible.
Components:

Switches: http://www.banggood.com/100pcs-Mini-Micro-Momentary-Tactile-Tact-Switch-Push-Button-DIP-P4-p-917570.html
If you order the components from China it is cheaper, but it obviously takes longer being so far away from the US... unless you happen to be in China or closer.
DUH THANKYOUCAPTAINOBVIOUS!
You're welcome.
