Even if I don't actually want to support FTDI's products with my own designs, I posted this Arduino Flash Clamp as a FTDI Adapter and useful programmer clip after several requests from friends. Unfortunately, no other USB-2-serial converter was available at the time. But I will never use a chip from FTDI in my products again, that's my own experience. How can you trust such a company, property damage to end customer hardware by "destroying" supposed plagiarism chips through driver updates is a no-go.
When you have printed the four parts you still need two M4x12 screws or an M4 screw that goes completely through the bracket with the M4 nut. A suitable spring will also be found somewhere, here I used a 1 x 7 x 12.5mm spring. 7mm inner diameter and 1 mm wire thickness.
You can find the test probes from your Chinese friends under the following name P75-E3 Spring Test Probe Pogo Pin and for a easy replacement I used receptacles type R50 2W7 test probe receptacles with wire wrapping pin length 24.5mm without spring.
And now have fun recreating and using the useful tool for flashing other projects.
