This is a holder and mount for a Arducam Wide Angle Day & Night Vision Camera for Raspberry Pi for the CR_6 SE. I am sure it will work on other machines. like the ender's.
On the x holder it has a cable clip to hold your cable that goes to your hotend board

4 M3-20mm bolt is required.
1 M3 nut is required
May have to use supports on the x holder. If you do I would use tree supports!
