Anycubic Predator 12V Fan Mod

Here are a mod for installing 12V fans to your 24V AC Predator. This replaces your PSU, motherboard and hotend cooling fans. The instructions are quite short, as it is assumed that you have a certain level of knowledge before you perform this mod. If you need further details, just leave a comment.
Things you will need are:
2x 60mm fans (any 12V 6020 brand/model should be ok)
Voltage regulator (the one used here was this)
Prints for the mount (rigid plastic of your choice) and the caps (flexible material recommended)
For the hotend cooling fan:
A resistor, which matches the current of the target voltage (200-300ohm most likely, but you have to calculate the desired value based on the selected fan)
1x 30mm fan (any 12V 3010 brand/model should be ok)
Alternatively, you can wire the hotend cooling fan to the voltage regulator, but then it will be running always instead of only when your hotend is heating.
Steps for installation:
Open the PSU and remove the old fan (this voids your warranty....)
Remove the motherboard fan
Cut the old motherboard fan lead and extend the wires if needed
Install the new 60mm fans and the printed mount and press in the caps to secure the regulator in place
Connect the black and red wires of both fans to the output of the regulator (if your fan has no color coding, refer to an image search to see what is the ground and what is +12V, ignore the yellow PWM wire)
Connect the input from the old motherboard fan connector
For the hotend fan
Remove the old fan
Cut the wires and solder the resistor to the wires between the old connector and the new fan
Install the new fan
