While replacing all the fans in my Anycubic 3d printer to make it quieter I replaced the stock 60x15mm cooling fan of the PSU with a silent 60x25mm fan.
Because the replacement fan was thicker I had to mount it on the outside of the PSU, thus slightly interfering with the wiring/bowden-tube for the extruder when the Z-axis would move higher.
So I designed and printed this basic 60mm fan guard with an attached slant for guiding the tube and wiring over the fan when the Z-axis will move up during prints.
