I wanted to embed a Repetier Server into my printer, and after researching various Raspbery Pi setups I remembered I had on old Lenovo Miix 10 tablet floating around. Atom processor, 2Gb RAM, 64Gb storage, Windows 10, WiFi and usb...perfect. So I created these brackets to mount the tablet to the upper 2020 towers of the printer. There is enough clearance for the pulley wheels to move without conflict and the power/usb cables can come down the outside of the 2020 tower. I plan to put a small usb hub inside the base of the printer and run a usb webcam for timelapse in Repetier Server.
There is also a copy of the personalised bracket that I have used on my own printer.
Tablet Dimensions:
265x173mm and is 10mm thick
I am including the SketchUp files if any ones to tinker with the brackets to fit different tablets/printers.
