This is complete new printed effector for genuine full metal E3D V6 hotend upgrade for the Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus.
This new effector has several features:
optimized cooling of the heatsink of all bottom ribs, for cooling it is used genuine E3D hotend fan 30x30x10 mm
double part cooling fans type 4010 with optimized jets (easy changeable if needed) for better cooling. Recommended is to use silicone sock for heatblock
weight of the whole effector is just 120g, instead of 150g of the original. (less weight with double fans!)
better cable management
any lost of the printing volume
V6 hotend is more stabilized, because it is hold in effector at whole height of the heatsink, not just by groove at the top. So nozzel is very stable at height speed and fast changes of direction
wires from heater and termistor are drawn inside of the effector, so design is free of the wires drawn outside
All parts are designed for printing without support.
Effector was designed to use original magnetic holder calibrating switch.
Assembly is easy, hole for heatsink is tight, so maybe it needed some small adjustment by sharp knive to keep heatsing well.
For effector rods, hotend horseshoe holder, hotend fan, and magnetic calibration switch holder, you can cut M3 threads. Fan jets and 4010 fans you can use M2 screws or better DIN7981 2,2x 4,5 mm screws or similar.
On the top of exxector there are 2 holes. bigger one 3 mm is for 3mm nylon filament as wires lead to keep wires in nice big radius and prevent possible brak of wires by sharp bend.
Smaller one is for longer M3 screw (M3x50 mm) which is fixating point for wires and cable sleeve. Please use zip tightening strips to tighten wires and sleeve to this fixation pole so wires on effector are fixed and free from pull or push forces during effector movements.
This effector do not have any compromises to printing volume, allows faster and better prints due to less mass, and more stiff hotend holde, it has better cooling and wires are kept in safe way
