This is a spool cap that attached to the Anycubic spool holder... It is design to match the centre rod and the filament spool. Without this, the filament spool will keep jerking when there's a filament pull. This solved the problem and it has a very fine movement (Video) during the printing process...
I have include six small tab on the cap so that it can hold the cap. Also in this version, I have design addition 3 holes for ease of removing the cap.
You need to print in a pair for a single filament spool.
Together with the Sensor Guide (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2567386), the overall smoothness of the filament feeding has improved greatly. There's literally no sound other than the retraction on the feeding itself...
Give it a try... Give me a comment on on your result...
