This set consists of a z-axis coupler for the screw and stepper motor, a support for the Z-axis screw nut and a slip pad to further limit the friction between the end of the X axis and the Z axis nut. On my Prusa i3 Pro B, this modification was very effective in correcting my Z axis wobble problem. For axis coupler screws Z I reused those that were on the original coupler.
