The intake side of the hotend fan produces air turbulences. These cool down the workpiece and may cause warping, especially at the front left corner. With this three-part fan inlet the air comes from above. So air turbulences do no longer affect the workpiece.
Deflector part 1 is bolted to the extruder with 3 x M3x10 and 1 x M3x14.
Part 2, the hotend fan and part 1 are hold together with 4 x M3x18. Some screws are inside the funnel and you will need a 2,5mm ballpoint hex key.
At my printer, the cable of the fan was long enough for the new mounting position. The air deflector does not collide with the z-axis.
Setup your slicer for "detect thin walls". Layer height 0.2 or 0.3 mm. Print with PET-G or another material that can stand the heat. No support required.

The deflector has been made for the original PRUSA i3 MK3S. I do not know, if it will also work with the MK3.
For me, this modification works. But there is a warning from Prusa, please read the summary, before you print: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3001795
Thanks to @Snow_Eagle for this hint!
