1. Anti-stuck solution
The proposed solution eliminates the problem of jamming of the drawer.
If the package is expanded, it will touch the ceiling of the section.
If in place of the touch frictional force (T2) is too small, then when removing the drawer, the package will move with it. This is because the frictional force between the package and bottom of the drawer (T1) is considerably greater. Reducing the frictional force on the ceiling is carried out by means of “rollgang” (set of closely spaced rolls) in the upper section. The bearing is done with roller bearings (in this case BK0709), which guarantees a very small resistance force.
The solution is very simple, purely mechanical and does not require expensive and fine equipment.
The drawer is mounted to the housing by telescopic slides which in project are shown schematically.

2. Lock solution
My suggestion for the locking system is shown in file "Lock system.JPG". The system works as follows:
When closing the drawer it touches the spring elements. To close should apply some pressure and springs contract.
After reaching the micro switch (contact or contactless), it triggers the electromagnet.
Electromagnet attracts the back of the drawer and it sticks firmly. The magnetic force is kept constant. (Where necessary batteries).
When the drawer to be opened, the power of the magnet is removed.
The springs eject drawer front and it opens.

Simple and reliable system with no moving locking elements.
