The IKEA Harte LED lamp is cheap, cool, portable and runs off USB. The neck has some range of movement and the LED panel can be rotated. Only problem is, if you use it as a desk lamp, you often catch the glare.
This slip-on shade allows you to keep the lamp out of the way, at the back of the desk, while getting full lighting without the glare.
