The Coleman 25 Qt Party Stacker Cooler is a popular container for Sous Vide in the Kitchen. The standard recipe is to drill a 2 3/8" hole in the corner of the lid, which will hold an Anova immersion heater.
This thing has two parts. (1) A support ring which will support the Anova at a height such that there is a 2mm gap between the bottom of the Anova and the top of a standard tray rack in the bottom of the cooler. (2) A plug to go in the hole when storing the cooler.
The design is in OpenSCAD and the source and resulting STL is provided.
