Step by step you to make angled ends. 1. Create the planar object 2. Use protractor tool to create the angles you want. 3. Use tape measure tool to create line at desired height. 4. Use line tool to draw the edges. Sketchup will autofill the side. 5. Use rectangle tool to create the top, and finish everything else with the line tool.
