This is a simple gauge block used to set the elevator push tube length on a Van's RV10.
The angle is set to 91.4 degrees as specified in the plans. Once printed you should check the tool against the plans and measure with a protractor to insure that your printed version is indeed the correct angle.
I printed using 20% infill and no other special settings using Cura and a MonoPrice Mini V2.
The part is 3mm thick and the legs of the triangle are 85x85mm. I printed it face up with the lettering on top and then colored in the recessed letting with a black sharpie pen.
