This design was actually scratch built in Fusion 360 although the major dimensions were taken from ((https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2865679) by CamasE). I discovered my E12, out of the box wasn't printing well and the two test G codes wouldn't stick to the bed. During diagnostics, the bed was found to be concave (Common issue) and I wanted to fit the wedge (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2480072, CR-10 Wedge Jack by StageOne) underneath but had insufficient clearance with the standard Z home position. I wanted the adjustment to be both simple to fit and give a substantial but accurate range.
From the original design, I added a lip which gives more clearance from the micro-switch lever pivot. Also, the top leading edge is now chamfered to clear the screw head on the X carriage. The hole is threaded M3 if you require fine adjustment but I found in practice, I didn't need it for my application.
To fit the bracket, I used a spare T nut and allen (M5 x 10mm) screw from a CNC engraver kit. These can be purchased on E-Bay quite cheaply. You will need to trim back around 15mm of the orange plastic slot cover. Ensure you travel the extruder carriage to its limit position before fitting bracket to make sure you have sufficient clearance for it to make the limit switch.
My first upload to Thingiverse so hope it is of use to someone.
