I have remixed the body and eventually the screw to be maximum compact and neat. And I also liked the look, when the roller is inside. Looks cool IMHO. The nut is from original source.
Note, that you will need a longer (than stock) belt to make it like this. Otherwise, use a longer Screw from the original source (my remixed Body fits source MK1 Screws), if you want to have it with the stock belt.
