Anet A8 variable X stepper cover with adjustable end-stop

A simple cover for the X stepper for Anet A8 with an additional matching end-stop mount.
For the end-stop to fit the mount the holes need to be drilled to fit 3 mm screws. For end-stops with 10 mm hole distance.
Since the Adjuster can be anything with a 3 mm screw attached to it, I wont bother to design one. Simply use any bed leveling screw you can find here or buy a ready-made knob online.
