A simple receptacle box that mounts above the power supply.

(The ones I bought were unavailable but these are the same.)
You will also need a receptacle. Each switch controls the corresponding half of the receptacle.
You will need to drill the hole for the incoming power cable. That way you can put it where you want. You will also need to drill the mounting screw holes.

16/3 SJT cable
Wire strain relief
Crimp-on wire connectors

Wiring instructions can be found on the internet. As a retired electrician, I do not tell how to wire something. It is a liability thing.
