This was a little piece I created to allow for some protection and "cleaning up" of the wires coming off of the main board.
It is designed to mount on the same screws that currently hold the main board to the frame and utilize some spacers to raise the board out a bit.
The extra platform on this thing is for mounting a Heated Bed Power module (specifically the RepRap Champion 3D Printer Heated Bed Power Module Upgrade for High DC Load) which can be found on Amazon and a few other locations.
Aside from the 4 screws for the board, you will need 4 screws to attach the two cover parts, I used 20mm M3 screws, the holes are just the right size to be able to screw them into the plastic. and 4 screws and nuts to attach the power module.
Edit 10-9-2016
So after some requests and and personal need I have now added new files to this mount. There are now 4 new files that are for mounting a Raspberry Pi v3 as well. PLEASE NOTE, one set labeled "External" is for mounting the mainboard, heat module and Pi on the outside of an enclosure and WILL NOT fit in the current location on the printer. The other set is to allow you to mount to the printer.
The front and backs of this enclosure are designed to use M4 Screws and nuts and the standard M3 screws currently used for mounting to the printer.
You will still need to use the spacers too make sure the USB cords do not collide with the Pi.
EDIT 1/17/2017 - It was brought to my attention that the mounting holes for a fan on the enclosure cover did not fit a standard 40 mm fan. I have added a new file "Enclosure_Front v2" where this has been modified.
EDIT 1/27/2017 I have added a version of the cover that can hold an 80mm Fan by request
EDIT 02/03/2017 I have added another bottom piece that has been modified for the Orange Pi Lite. THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED and may require some further tweaks. I don't use one and this was a requested change. If something doesn't work with it please notify me.
