I modified this from a design a friend modified. I'll link to the original once I track it down. I print a fair amount of flexible filament (TPU) and wanted to help with loading as well as guiding all the way through. I added a short PTFE tube to help guide as far as possible. This works great.
Combined with the flip up fan holder it makes loading/changing filament a breeze. It's been a while since I made and installed it so I don't recall many details. Possibly a little filing/sanding to get some of the bolts and bearings to fit just right but nothing too tricky. I printed in PETG and haven't had any problems with deformation. Honestly, it just works so well I forget about it. ;-)
