This is my go at a FreeCAD model for a E3D V6 Hotend.
A few highlights:
The kit has a cable management header so any standard cable chain should fit.
Bracket for the stock Anet auto-level proximity sensor
The existing 51mm blower should fit (along with any guides already printed)
FreeCAD model included, I wish more designers would upload their models ;-)
