I made this from scratch, but it is based on the fan mount I found for my GEEETECH PRO B. Fits on the bottom of the extruder cooling fan. Hooks up to the FAN1 port. Uses M3 screws to attach the fan. M3 25mm to attach it to the body and M3 16mm to attach the fan to the mount. Those are before and after benchy shots.
