Anet 2020 tray with allen key, exacto knife and SD card holders

modified it slightly to fit my application.
I did i test print of the original and it was a bit floppy, so changed the dimensions to suit my machine.
Increased the height of the "clip in" section TO SUIT ANET E16- 2020 extrusion.
also added blind holes to suit standard 3D printer Allen keys, an exact o knife (scalpel), and slots to hold 3x SD cards and 3x Micro SD cards
also plenty of length to fit a screw driver of scraper in the tray.
