Anesthesia masks come in various sizes, and have an inflatable rim to allow airtight fit. These masks all have the same size inlet tube, so I designed a filter holder that can use a 90 mm round N95 filter (such as Stanley RST-64014 N95 filter), and a strap that can be used with elastic to hold the mask in place. May need to scale up in slicer if tube is too loose in the anesthesia mask.
Use TPU for strap, and PLA, PETG, ABS, Nylon, other more rigid filaments for adapter and filter holder, although TPU may work as well. Be sure to do fit testing suitable for N95 respirators before using to be sure your equipment is free from leaks, since different printers and filaments behave differently. You may also need to tweak the scale in your slicer if the fit in the inlet for the mask is either too loose or too tight.
Note: this has NOT been cleared by the FDA, so if you print and/or use these it is at your own risk. I am simply providing the design.
