This requires desoldering the RF modulator to fit properly.
Some required parts that I used for this to work:
HDMI Female to Female Panel Mount adapter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L2DKGNO
Small self tapping screws of some kind or some other means of fastening.
HDMI cable to attach to Vampire V600 V2 card, I use this 1.5ft slim HDMI Cable: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CKZK4G8
I use the existing holes that are left after desoldering the RF modulator, I just aligned to the edge of the board and drilled pilot holes and then used some small self tapping screws to hold in place. You may be able to find some other method to fasten this to the board.
I used some m4 machine screws to hold the Female to Female HDMI coupler in place with matching hex nuts.
