What if you took apart a house and stacked all of its pieces? Then you could create an extraordinarily accurate shopping list. To make this model, an extraordinarily detailed construction model was disassembled and put back together, like a builder playing Tetris. It was used to create a Bill of Materials for the American Farmhouse. That makes it extremely valuable for anybody estimating costs and purchasing materials.
