You can print the parts in different colours, so you dont have to color it. When printing the roofparts and ladders, make sure that your printer is leveled perfectly. It may take some time until the prints for those very difficult parts will work. They are designed at the maximum resolution of my Ender 3 V2. Use mount1 and mount2 to fix the Bogies to the bottom.
