Jelikož původní projekt hlinkového rámu počítá s profilem Misumi HF S5-2040 kde je šířka drážky 6 mm a v Evropě je spíše dostupnější profil ALU TP I5 2040 SL01 s drážkou 5,3 mm bylo potřeba některé plastové díly upravit a další úpravy byli realizovány za účelem dalšího zvýšení pevnosti.
Původní projekt je navíc doplněn o další úpravy, které ale nejsou pro přestavbu nezbytně nutné, spíše se jedná o souhrn různých upgrade Anet A8:
1.) oddělení napájení vyhřívání podložky od řídící desky pomocí MOSFET
2.) chlazení řídící desky ventilátorem Arctic-cooling Arctic F12 TC
3.) výměna původního 240W zdroje za 360W (30A) s aktivním chlazením
4.) jiné uchycení řemenu Y
5.) vzdálené ovládání a sledování tiskárny pomocí OctoPrint běžící na Raspberry Pi
6.) náhrada kuličkových ložisek za bezúdržbová lineární ložiska DryLin Igus RJ4JP-01-08
7.) náhrada ocelových hřídelí 380 mm v ose Y za hlinkové AWMP-08 o délce 400 mm
8.) náhrada třídílného, šroubovaného rámu stolu za duralový výpalek z jednoho kusu
Tip k montáži: před sestavením rámu si dobře promyslete kde co budete chtít přišroubovat a kolika šrouby - po sestavení rámu matičky do některých drážek již nedostanete.
Všechny díly jsou navrženy pro použití delších hřídelí v ose Y (400 mm).

Da das ursprüngliche Projekt des Tonrahmens auf dem Misumi HF S5-2040 Profil basiert, bei dem die Rillenbreite 6 mm beträgt und das Profil des ALU TP I5 2040 SL01 mit einer 5,3 mm Rille in Europa besser zugänglich ist, müssen einige Kunststoffteile angepasst und weitere Änderungen vorgenommen werden die Stärke erhöhen.
Das ursprüngliche Projekt wird durch zusätzliche Änderungen ergänzt, die für den Wiederaufbau nicht notwendig sind, sondern eine Zusammenfassung der verschiedenen Anet A8-Upgrades:
1.), um das Pad von der Steuerplatine mit dem MOSFET zu erwärmen
2.) Arctic-cooling Arctic F12 TC Lüftersteuerung
3.) Ersatz der ursprünglichen 240W Stromquelle für 360W (30A) mit aktiver Kühlung
4.) andere Gürtelaufsatz Y
5.) Fernbedienung und Überwachung des Druckers mit OctoPrint auf Raspberry Pi
6.) Kugellagerwechsel für wartungsfreie Linearlager DryLin Igus RJ4JP-01-08
7.) ersetzen von Stahlwellen 380 mm in der Y-Achse unter dem AWMP-08 mit einer Länge von 400 mm
8.) ersetzen eines dreiteiligen, verschraubten Tischrahmens mit einer einteiligen Duraluminiumklappe
Montage-Tipp: Bevor Sie den Rahmen montieren, denken Sie gut, wo Sie schrauben möchten und wie viele Schrauben - Sie werden nicht die Nüsse in einige Nuten bekommen, nachdem der Rahmen montiert ist.
Alle Teile sind für längere Wellen in der Y-Achse (400 mm) ausgelegt.

Since the original project of the clay frame is based on the Misumi HF S5-2040 profile where the width of the groove is 6 mm and the profile of the ALU TP I5 2040 SL01 with a 5.3 mm groove is more accessible in Europe, some plastic parts have to be adjusted and further modifications have been made increasing the strength.
In addition, the original project is complemented by additional modifications that are not necessarily necessary for rebuilding, rather it is a summary of various Anet A8 upgrades:
1.) to heat the pad from the control board using the MOSFET
2.) Arctic-cooling Arctic F12 TC cooling fan control
3.) replacement of the original 240W power source for 360W (30A) with active cooling
4.) other belt attachment Y
5.) remote control and monitoring of the printer using OctoPrint running on Raspberry Pi
6.) Ball bearings replacement for maintenance-free linear bearings DryLin Igus RJ4JP-01-08
7.) replacement of steel shafts 380 mm in the Y axis under the AWMP-08 with a length of 400 mm
8.) replacing a three-piece, screwed table frame with a one-piece duralumin flap
Mounting Tip: Before you assemble the frame, think well where you want to bolt and how many screws - you will not get the nuts into some grooves after the frame is assembled.
All parts are designed for use with longer shafts in the Y axis (400 mm).
