This is simple, 3 part spool holder for my printer. I looked for one that can be mounted in front of the printer, on the side and I decided to make one myself. It holds 1kg spools easly.
Additionally, to lower friction and make rotating of the spool easy I decided to add e few grooves for PTFE tubes. To use them you will need a standard 4/2mm PTFE tube - about 0,5m should be enough.
To install PTFE tube You need to unscrew a cap and use pliers to slightly squeeze a tube from circle to an oval shape (just not too much) and slide it into a grooves. Grooves are designed to be 4,1mm in diameter but usually printers with a standard 0,4mm nozzle print such small holes as smaller so finally it should be tight fit. After installing all tubes just screw a cap and that is all.
You will need to rotate each part for printing:
mount should be printed flat on the side
holder should be printed standing with threaded part up
cap should be printed flat
You don't need any supports. Threads are 45 degrees and should print without any problems.
