This is an internal corner connector for mitered aluminum window screen frames.
This is for 3/4" x 5/16" (external) aluminum frame. There are many styles of frame so please view the pictures to compare the shape with yours. I printed it in ABS with a 0.6 mm nozzle at 0.2 mm layer and 20% infill and it is quite strong. The grey part pictured is what this part replaces. The semi-circular groves are simply to reduce surface area to lessen friction and binding. To assemble it is best to stand the part upright on a hard flat surface and push the frame down onto the part. Trying to push the part into the frame may break the part, bend the frame, or run the frame through you hand.
