I remixed this fine design for using hidden 10mm/1mm neodym magnets in the insert and washers in the lid. That way the magnets and the washers in the lid are invisible.
When printing it, you have to stop your printer a layer before the manget holes get covered and insert the magnets. To find out when to stop, you may check your slicer's simulation view.
I put similar holes in the lid and put 1mm thick steel washers in there to avoid the lid be stuck to the altoids lid.
