This is a cup insert for https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1844339 that will print even if you don't have vase mode set up (or, if like me, you have it set up, but it doesn't print the bottom layer!). It's designed to print at around .33mm layers. If you want two walls, add a wall (set walls to 1) in your slicer. My settings have it showing as printing in 1m 45s, my first print of it getting done in 3m.
"Designed" (traced Hakmo's model as a component) and a hollow inside/cup of the solid model added in Google Sketchup 8.0.4811. Walls are .33mm thick on all sides. I print this with a .4mm nozzle and print at .375. Will print at 40-55mm/s at full speed (minimum layer time not affecting the speed) no problem!
Prints a bit loose in my experience, but I've never tried printing the original, so I don't know if it's supposed to be.
