There are 19 unique objects (15 Static Meshes in Unreal), 165 total considering instances, descriptively named, which are organized in Collections by type (Meshes, Lights, Cameras). The model is developed in a detail-based object arrangement, so you can easily decrease the poly-count by deleting non-essential objects. Real world scale, units: meters. Main building (not considering staircase) bounding box: 20.6 x 14.2 x 35.2 m The scene has 120351 polys and 148249 vertices. The full scene (environment, exposure, gamma, cameras, lights, materials, textures, renderer) is configured and ready to render in a physically correct linear space. Renders displayed here have contrast applied and their background changed, no further post-production. Unwrapped UVs for all objects, overlapping UVS in UV channel 1 (for common textures), Non-overlapping in UV channel 2 for the meshes on the Unreal version (for lightmap baking etc) PBR materials for all objects (base color, roughness, specular and normal maps) Meaningfully named. There are 24 texture maps, PNG format, from 1K to 4K resolution. All textures have their paths stripped from the model in order to prevent linking issues. Maybe some textures should be relinked when using OBJ, FBX, Collada... file formats, due to format exporting and importing limitations. There are 19 materials and 19 optimized, multichannel textures in the Unreal package. The Unreal Engine project has baked preview lighting and the Unreal assets have custom collisions (on the external shape of the building). The Blender native file format includes the most complex shaders. Cycles render is used for preview images, materials and procedural textures. 3dsmax 2016 and Cinema 4D file formats with standard materials also added. No additional software needed to open or manage the archives or their contents. The HDR images used for lighting the scene are not included, but an environtmental HDRI is set up for preview renders in the viewport with both Cycles and EEVEE. USAGE: For Unreal Engine 4 (UE4), download the corresponding package and place the unzipped GCP directory inside your Unreal Projects folder, or place the GCP folder under Content in the Content folder of your destination project. For .blend, .max, .fbx, .obj, .dae, .c4d, abc or .usdc, download the textures and the file format you need and put them together in the same folder before opening the files. The glTF .glb archive has the textures packed inside it. building gladstone liverpool glass inside midpoly highpoly anfield conservatory pavilion greenhouse ue4 interior light architecture realistic pbr lowpoly landmark historic exterior
