This design evolves NailDRV's holder base for the popular Resmed AirSense 10 CPAP machine by providing two hose clamps/holders. One clip, on the side, from zimmer62's design, brings the hose out from the back to the front so it doesn't flop around behind the device. The second, in front, from CJLips' design, gives you a handy place to hang your hose in the morning. So to speak.
I set the overhang tolerance to 65 and printed it without supports. It gets a little thready under the hose hanger but does OK even with an Ender 3.
Oh, by the way, NailDRV's original design was too big to print on an Ender 3 so I included a split design. I use Devcon Plastic Welder to cement the two halves together -- it's an epoxy-like 2-part glue designed for plastics and works really great for PLA. I used the same cement for attaching the side hose clamp to the side riser.
